Has anyone any of Elizabeth Braddon’s work? I’ve just read her short story A Cold Embrace, which I thought was quite a good ghost story.

I’m in the mood for 19th century ghost stories tonight. Apart from the Elizabeth Braddon story I’ve also been reading a couple of stories by Guy de Maupassant - Was It a Dream? (a very cynical but rather clever little story) and The Hand (not as good, but still a decent story).
